Should a customer find their purchase unsatisfactory, a 30-day return window is provided from the date of goods receipt. To initiate a return, customers are required to communicate their dissatisfaction via Contact us form within the stipulated timeframe.
All products must be returned in their original condition. Customers are liable for postage and insurance fees via registered post during the return process. It is incumbent upon the customer to bear any risks associated with loss, theft, or damage during transit. Qual-T Solutions (ytals) strongly recommends opting for insurance coverage with the shipping carrier to mitigate such risks. Qual-T Solutions (ytals) shall not assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit if insurance coverage is not procured.
Upon receipt of the watch in its original condition within the designated 30-day return period, Qual-T Solutions (ytals) will issue a refund equivalent to the purchase amount.
However, refunds will not be processed in cases where insufficient network coverage exists within the customer’s area. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate mobile phone coverage to facilitate testing of the watch.
