Refund Policy

Policy Overview:

Should a customer find their purchase unsatisfactory, a 30-day return window is provided from the date of goods receipt. To initiate a return, customers are required to communicate their dissatisfaction via email to service@ytals.com.au within the stipulated timeframe.

This policy does not apply in the following circumstances:
  1. Instances of wear and tear.
  2. Damage incurred subsequent to delivery.
  3. Any attempts to modify the product.
  4. Product breakage.

Return Conditions:

All products must be returned in their original condition. Customers are liable for postage and insurance fees via registered post during the return process. It is incumbent upon the customer to bear any risks associated with loss, theft, or damage during transit. Qual-T Solutions (YTALS) strongly recommends opting for insurance coverage with the shipping carrier to mitigate such risks. Qual-T Solutions (YTALS) shall not assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit if insurance coverage is not procured.

Refunds:

Upon receipt of the watch in its original condition within the designated 30-day return period, Qual-T Solutions (YTALS) will issue a refund equivalent to the purchase amount.
However, refunds will not be processed in cases where insufficient network coverage exists within the customer’s area. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate mobile phone coverage to facilitate testing of the watch.

Legal Rights:

Our goods are subject to guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be waived. Customers are entitled to replacements, refunds for major failures, and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, customers have the right to request repairs or replacements if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards, provided such failure does not constitute a major failure
