Delivery Policy

Expect your ytals watch to be shipped through Australia Post within 4-5 business days of placing your order. We strive to expedite the shipping process whenever possible. The Dashboard Mobile app (ytals) is accessible for Android users on the Google play Store and for iOS users on the App Store. Alternatively, registration can be done on the web app, and the necessary details will be emailed to your valid email address upon purchase. Alternatively you can contact us for all the links to the mobile app or web application. Remember, registration is only possible after receiving the watch.
Upon online order placement, you will promptly receive an email confirmation containing your order details, provided you have given a valid email address. We typically confirm the receipt of your order within minutes.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email when the order is dispatched. If no one is available at the delivery address, a card will be left in the letterbox, and the parcel will be ready for collection at the local post office.
