Vodafone SIM card usage Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) establish the rules for using http://www.ytals.com.au or mobile app ytals (“we”, “our”, “us”) and buying Health and Safety watches and accessories (“Products”) provided by Qual-T Solutions (also referred as “Qual-T” ), a business name managed and operated by Sree Tech Consulting Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 85 614 188 760).

By accessing the Website, engaging in purchases with us, or being our users, customers, or consumers (“you”, “your”, “yours”), you signify your comprehension and consent to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Kindly pause to thoroughly review this Agreement prior to continuing.

 

You understand and agree to the following terms and conditions for using the Vodafone SIM cards provided by Qual-T. This is inline with Clause 4 of Terms and Conditions of our website.

 
  • The SIM card will be installed in the watch by Qual-T Solutions to ensure its safety and integrity.
  • Monthly post-paid subscription fees will be invoiced alongside the monthly subscription for the associated app.
  • Unlimited SOS calls are included in the plan.
  • Each SIM card undergoes testing prior to installation in the watch.
  • The service primarily operates in most metropolitan areas across Australia.
  • Service coverage may extend to regional areas with a strong Vodafone network presence and 4G availability.
  • Qual-T Solutions bears no responsibility for network downtime caused by carrier issues. However, you may report such incidents to us, and we will liaise with the mobile carrier network team to provide assistance. If desired, you have the option to return the SIM card and utilise your own.
  • There are no cancellation fees for early termination. Simply notify Qual-T Solutions if you intend to replace the SIM card with your own.
  • Due to the SIM card being integrated into the watch, regular outgoing calls may be restricted, with only SOS contacts accessible for emergency situations.
  • The ownership of the SIM card resides with Qual-T Solutions. Therefore, it should not be removed from the watch unless specifically instructed to do so. Additionally, it should not be utilised for any unlawful activities or purposes.
  • No billing statements will be issued for usage, and we guarantee protection against unsolicited telemarketing calls.
  • You’re under no obligation to use this specific SIM card; you’re welcome to use your own. However, if you opt for your own, please remember to notify Qual-T solutions via email at service@ytals.com.au.
